Megan Reitenour is a third generation racecar driver. She's also a 15-year old sophomore at Miamisburg High School in Miamisburg, Ohio. An Honor Roll straight-A student, the school basketball cheerleader is steering straight toward the ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series in 2007.
"I'm really excited," said Reitenour. "I'm ready for the opportunity to race in ARCA. I really do want to make a career in racing, and we think the ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series is the next logical step for us."
Actually, she's already been doing it...not exactly racing for a living, but racing nonetheless since she was five years old.
Like many aspiring young speedsters, she started out in Quarter Midgets where she raced competitively for seven years earning over 150 top-three finishes and three consecutive track championships.
